Assessment of the Slovenian Presidency
This is an assessment of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union which is based on the Ten Green Tests. We presented these tests in our Memorandum to the Slovenian Presidency on 1 July 2021, when the Slovenian Government inherited very significant legislative and policy responsibilities from the Portuguese Presidency. They embody civil society’s vision and hopes for successful political leadership in light of collective crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the climate crisis.
