In the last Law Working Group meeting before the 2024 EU elections, this meeting will focus on a discussion around our common strategy and priorities for the new EU representatives, as well as the unavoidable discussion around Treaty changes. We will also be presenting the EEB’s legal toolbox on the Right to Say No for communities faced with large-infrastructure and mining projects, as well as the concept’s connection to EU files such as the CRMA and the RED. Last but not least, we will discuss the environmental rights of future generations and the right to a healthy environment.
