The European Environmental Bureau (EEB) is launching a tender for a new study exploring the best combinations of clean technologies (from heat pumps and solar panels to batteries and insulation) to reduce fossil fuel dependence, lower energy bills and strengthen Europe’s energy security. The report will analyse at least eight EU countries and assess how tools like ETS2 and the Social Climate Fund can support households in this transition.
