Florencia works in the Biodiversity, Water and Soil Team covering Biodiversity issues, including the implementation of the Nature Restoration Law, biodiversity financing and the protection of wolf and other large carnivores.Â
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Strasbourg, a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from the University of Strasbourg, and an LLM in European Law from Maastricht University.  Â
 Prior to joining EEB, she worked in the European Commission on environmental files and biodiversity protection in several DGs for the past 4 years. Prior to that, she worked and completed traineeships in environmental NGOs and research institutes in France, Germany and the Netherlands.  Â
  She speaks English, French, Spanish and German and is learning Hungarian.Â
