Alberto is the EEB’s communications expert for climate and energy topics. He is a former journalist with experience in media outlets, NGOs, and political groups. As a reporter, he has worked for the Spanish national broadcaster (RTVE), Europa Press, eldiario.es, Aqui Europa, and as a freelancer. In Brussels, he handled strategic communications for the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament, the European Cycling Federation, and the European Civic Forum. Originally from Spain, he speaks English, Spanish, and Italian, and is currently enhancing his French skills.
