On 12 December 2022, heads of Cabinets of Executive Vice-President Timmermans, Commissioner Breton, and Commissioner Sinkevicius, respond to the letter sent to Ursula von der Leyen by the EEB’s Secretary General Patrick ten Brink on behalf of 20 NGOs on 27 September 2022, urging the Commission to stay on the regulatory reform track and stick to the deadlines set for CLP (by October 2022) and REACH (by March 2023).

The CLP revision proposal was published on 19 December.
