Revision of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive – EEB feedback to Public Consultation
Greening our homes and public buildings is crucial to achieving the EU’s climate goals. In this paper, we provide feedback to a public consultation launched by the European Commission about the revision of the EU’s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
In a previous submission from March 2021, we called on the European Commission to ensure this review is based on the environmental impact figures for buildings provided in the Inception Impact Assessment (IIA). A link to this submission is available here.
