REACH Committee letter phthalates
This letter includes the EEB, HEAL and ChemTrust recommendations towards the following elements of the discussions during the REACH Committee meeting (19 October 2020), relevant to the environment and health protection:
(1) the amendment of Annex XIV regarding phthalates;
(2) the restriction proposal of C9-C14 perfluorocarboxylic acids;
(3) the restriction proposal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in granules and mulches.
