Prohibiting the destruction of unsold goods

The deliberate destruction or disposal of returned or unsold goods severely contradicts two of the key objectives of the European Union’s Green Deal and Circular Economy Action Plan: the promotion of a resource-efficient, circular economy, and the reduction of waste generation.
