Letter to President Ursula von der Leyen on revision of Aarhus Regulation

Currently, the EU’s Aarhus Regulation does not guarantee adequate access to the European Court of Justice, which is a breach of its international commitments.

Today, we joined forces with Client Earth and Justice & Environment and wrote a letter to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, asking for the revision of the Aarhus Regulation which would make the EU compliant with the Aarhus Convention.
