Joint letter to the Swedish presidency on the importance of access to justice

Evidence suggests the Council of the EU is pushing to remove access to justice provisions from the Nature Restoration Law. Without these provisions, it will not be possible to effectively implement the law and therefore protect biodiversity. The signatories of this statement call on the Swedish presidency to recognise the importance of access to justice provisions and uphold this principle in ongoing negotiations around the Nature Restoration Law.
