Joint letter to Commission on need for Public Participation in NECP revision process
With the deadline for Member States’ drafts of their updated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) on the horizon, civil society organisations are seriously concerned about the lack of public participation in the drafting process. In this joint letter with 30+ signatories CSOs demand the Commission urgently employ their influence and resources to address this lack of democratic decision-making in the updating of NECPs.
