Joint comments to CARACAL on Registration and Evaluation under REACH Revision (February 2022)

In this paper we provide our joint (EEB and HEAL) comments and recommendations on the different options outlined in the CARACAL CA/08/2022 document in relation to the European Commission’s proposal to reform REACH Registration and Evaluation processes.

We welcome a reform that will speed-up the elimination of hazardous chemicals and reduce releases and exposure of people and the environment.
