The EEB provides its comments in relation to the Significant Water Management Issues (SWMI) for the River ELBE.

The briefing highlights issues linked to the energy-mines-water nexus, and provides suggestions to promote a forward-looking energy transition that is fully compatible with protecting water resources. This briefing is only about SWMI that are relevant to the water-(thermal) energy-mines nexus.
