EEB Feedback on the 8th Environment Action Programme (8EAP)
In this reaction, the EEB welcomes the European Commission’s proposal for the 8th Environmental Action Programme (8EAP) and sets out recommendations for improving the programme. These include strengthening the programme’s objectives, establishing tools for assessing progress and setting up mechanisms to respond credibly to lack of progress.
