EEB comments to the Commission’s study developing an essential use concept under REACH Revision (March 2022)
The EEB would like to welcome the proposal to develop and implement the essential use concept, a commitment captured by the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability. The concept could prove a useful tool for speeding-up regulatory processes and advance towards a toxic-free environment.
