EEB analysis of the REACH and CLP processes timeliness

This is informal evidence on the timeliness of the different REACH procedures for the ongoing public consultation on the REACH reform’s impact assessment. The findings of our analysis show the need for the REACH revision to focus on speeding up the regulatory processes as a key priority. The raw data used for our analysis is available upon request.
