The PFAS chemicals group is a hot topic in the news, and much information is being shared, including on related topics such as the link between PFAS and the European chemicals legislation. This brief overview aims to clarify the relationship between the PFAS pollution scandal, the upcoming revision of the REACH regulation and the ongoing process of the universal PFAS restriction (uPFAS) under the current REACH regulation.
