Checklist for a successful EPBD Recast
Five NGOs (the European Environmental Bureau, ECOS, E3G, CAN Europe, and Friends of the Earth Europe) created a checklist for Members of European Parliament to ensure a successful recast of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. The letter calls for, among other:
- The inclusion of Whole Life Carbon regulatory roadmap
- Minimum energy performance standards
- Phase-out of fossil fuel heating
