On behalf of hundreds of thousands of European citizens and leading conservation and animal welfare organisations, the European Environmental Bureau called on the National Focal Points of the Bern Convention to reject the EU’s proposal to weaken the protection status of the wolf.
The letter included a comprehensive analysis debunking the EU’s justification for this harmful proposal. Many thanks to Eurogroup for Animals and IFAW for their important contributions to this critical document.
