Advancing resource efficiency in Europe

A stronger resource efficiency and waste prevention policy can generate substantial benefits for the economy and society as a whole. In this report we explore how the transition to a circular economy, where waste is prevented and materials recycled, can cut carbon emissions and create hundreds of thousands of new jobs across Europe.
