How green are the national recovery plans? – 23 March – Webinar

EU governments are about to submit their National Recovery and Resilience Plans (NRRPs) to unlock the biggest green investment plan ever seen.

In this workshop, we will cross-analyse 10 NRRPs within their National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) in three key sectors to deliver on the EU Green Deal: transport, building and agriculture. It will also be discussed whether fiscal measures, such as carbon taxes, are being considered by governments to contribute to environmental ambition.
