The report Industry’s role in water resilience: How some lead – and others wreck (also available in German) focuses on how a number of powerful industry actors across the agriculture, energy, mining and chemicals sectors are lobbying the EU Commission to water down vital rules to protect our water in Europe: the Water Framework Directive. But we know these efforts do not reflect the entire business community in Europe, with a number of business and corporate players saying enough is enough!
This report is a joint publication within the Living Rivers Europe coalition (European Anglers Alliance, EEB, European Rivers Network, The Nature Conservancy, Wetlands International Europe, and WWF European Policy Office).
