Dez medidas para os Planos Nacionais Sociais para o Clima
Este documento propõe dez políticas a incluir nos Planos Nacionais Sociais para o Clima (PNSC), com o objetivo de acompanhar a tarifação do carbono no setor do aquecimento e dos transportes (CELE 2). Os PNSC podem servir de modelo para medidas sociais na nossa transição para o abandono dos combustíveis fósseis. As medidas incluídas nestes planos também podem ser financiadas através das receitas do CELE 2, atribuídas aos governos da UE, para além do Fundo Social para o Clima (FSC).
