Sonja works in the Circular Economy team and splits her time between the built environment and product policy.

She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Leiden University. At the EEB, she has been working on right to repair and product policy for electronics, as well as buildings and housing topics. Prior to joining the EEB, Sonja worked as a research assistant in circular economy in the built environment, as well as in development cooperation.

She speaks German, French, English and some Dutch.
