Towards a EU product policy that works for people and the planet
As 80% of the environmental impacts of a product is determined at design stage, that’s where policy making should be focusing on. In this position paper we outline how a combination of different policy measures can improve the quality of our products, making them last longer and easier to repair, while also reducing waste and carbon emissions.
