Joint CSO and business demands a “Clean” Industrial Deal that works for the planet and its people

A coalition of businesses and civil society organisations, united under the Industrial Blueprint, calls for a Clean Industrial Deal that prioritises both the planet and its people. Recognising the urgent threat of the climate, biodiversity, and pollution crises, they advocate for sustainable solutions that boost industry competitiveness without harming the environment or public health. The coalition urges the European Union to lead the way in detoxification, de-pollution, decarbonisation, and restoration, ensuring that competitiveness serves to protect the planet and its people.

They emphasise the importance of the European Commission accelerating the transition to a climate-neutral, zero-pollution, and nature-positive future, achieved through partnerships that foster innovation and drive positive change.
