EU Recovery and Resilience Funds must fund the transition to a circular economy – NGO letter
The EEB joins several NGOs in calling on the EU institutions and member states to allocate adequate resources in EU’s multi billion euro the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) to the transition towards a circular and zero pollution economy. In this letter, we ask EU institutions to add a clear emphasis on waste prevention and reuse.
