Letter to DG CLIMA on participation in National Social Climate Plans (NSCPs)
In light of inconsistent public and stakeholder participation in NSCP drafting, we would like to encourage that the Commission engage directly with CSOs while reviewing the contents of the NSCPs, and that member states are recommended to hold another round of stakeholder participation when revising their SCP.
