Annex to the letter to the European Commission on German State aid for coal phase out
The EEB, CAN Europe and Greenpeace called on the European Commission to investigate state aid provisions within the German coal exit law in a joint letter.
In this Annex, the NGOs list five minimal, accumulative conditionalities for possible approval of the German coal law by the European Commission.
