Design work for Textiles campaign

A more detailed version of this tender is available upon request from emily.macintosh@eeb.org

The European Environmental Bureau (EEB) is Europe’s largest network of environmental citizens’ organisations with over 150 members from more than 30 countries across Europe, and representing some 30 million individual members and supporters. We work for a better future where people and nature thrive together. We are based in Brussels, Belgium.

As part of our ‘Make Europe Sustainable For All’ project, a 3-year cross-sectoral project run by 25 partners from across Europe that promotes ambitious implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are looking for a series of design products to construct the visual identity for our new textiles campaign. This project is funded by the European Commission’s Development Education and Awareness Raising (DEAR) programme. Find out more here.

We wish to have offers from professional committed design companies able to produce:

1) A set of around 30 high-quality, visually appealing vector icons in .ai format.

2) A ‘logo’ for our campaign hashtags in .ai format.

3) A ‘front cover visual’ that we can use on the front cover of our campaign booklet in Indesign format.

4) A campaign video to launch our campaign with the same look and feel as 1), 2), and 3). Please include in your offer your costs for providing translated versions of the video narration and captions into the following languages from the original English version: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish. Please note that if your company does not provide translation services, this will not be an eliminating factor.

Please note:
> The campaign should have a distinct look but also respect the EEB branding – see the EEB Brand guidelines.
> There is the strong possibility that we will seek future products as part of the same campaign.
> The EEB would hold the copyright for the materials produced and all materials should be delivered in editable versions.
> Delivery: by Friday 8 November

Please include in your offer:
> Your motivation to work on this project
> Relevant experience
> Average delivery time
> Any other information you think might be important about your company such as your vision

Please send your offer by 15 October 2019 to Emily Macintosh, Senior Communications Officer, European Environmental Bureau emily.macintosh@eeb.org
