Recent events – most notably Russia’s war in Ukraine – have prompted fears of global food shortages and increasing food prices. This high-level event will bring together EU and national policymakers, NGOs, media representatives and others to discuss the crises facing climate, biodiversity and future food security, and how the CAP must be part of their solution.

We will present the key findings from a pan-European assessment of CAP Strategic Plans. These will focus on truly delivering on the environmental and climate goals laid out in the revised CAP and explore the policy changes needed in the coming years to realign them with broader Green Deal objectives and make them fit for the challenges we face.

Join us for a much-needed debate with high-level decision makers and a diverse variety of speakers from organisations representing farmers, NGOs and scientists.

The venue has limited capacity, so please register in advance to attend in person. The event will be live-streamed.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
