EEB & Naider present the study on Financial instruments, economic incentives and drivers for a sustainable built environment<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

This event aims at presenting the study we commissioned to Naider<\/a> about \u2018Financing decarbonisation via innovative economic instruments based on Circularity and Sufficiency\u2019. The findings of this study put in evidence several financial instruments, economic incentives and drivers for a sustainable built environment. In order to facilitate the dissemination of the results of this study, a <\/span>website<\/span><\/a> has also been created to help the readers navigate the different instruments proposed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to presenting the findings of this study, this event aims to put under the spotlight other studies and initiatives developing financial instruments to drive the decarbonisation of the built environment. To this regard, Peter Sweatman will present the <\/span>EU Renovation Loan<\/span><\/a>, and Elise Sungurtekin a study on <\/span>\u2018<\/span>Pre-financing renovations for Flemish households<\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, we will close this event with a panel discussion, inviting all the speakers and attendees to discuss the various financial instruments presented during the event and their contribution to the decarbonisation of the built environment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
