It also helps to mobilize and<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\"> provide feedback from the broader membership. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\">All Board members are <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\">also<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\"> members of the Council.
