Only deep systemic change of our policies and attitudes can address these challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/publications\/communication-european-green-deal_en\">European Green Dea<\/a>l promises a \u2018set of deeply transformative policies\u2019 to \u2018transform the EU\u2019s economy for a sustainable future\u2019 and to make European food a \u2018global standard for sustainability\u2019.
