{"id":118522,"date":"2025-03-09T13:00:38","date_gmt":"2025-03-09T12:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eeb.org\/?p=118522"},"modified":"2025-10-17T14:36:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T12:36:20","slug":"chemicals-wg-meeting-10-11october-brussels-online-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-3-2-3-2-6-5-2-2-2-3-4-2-2-2-3-6-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eeb.org\/fr\/energy-and-climate-wg-october-14\/","title":{"rendered":"Energy &#038; Climate Working Group Meeting &#8211; 14-16 October 2025 &#8211; Brussels and online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Energy &amp; Climate Working Group Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From<strong> 14 to 16 October 2025<\/strong>, the <strong>Climate &amp; Energy Working Group<\/strong> will bring together EEB members for a series of advocacy discussions, capacity-building workshops and external activities.<\/p>\n<p>With the one-year anniversary of the current EU Commission&#8217;s mandate approaching, our Working Group meeting is a valuable opportunity for EEB members working on <strong>renewables, carbon pricing, heating and cooling, and nuclear energy<\/strong> to contribute to and shape our work.<\/p>\n<p>On the <strong>first day<\/strong>, we will welcome participants to our Brussels office and hold an event outlining opportunities for public participation in renewables at the European Parliament. We will then finish the day with some informal networking activities.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>second day<\/strong> will see us delving deeper into some of our main working topics. ETS-2, the Renewable Energy Directive and nuclear energy. Then, we will head to the Belgian countryside to visit a unique agrivoltaic and pear farming project.<\/p>\n<p>On the<strong> third and final day<\/strong>, participants will be equipped with useful tools for their social media campaigns and youth outreach through an engaging workshop.
