It will quantify the multiple benefits of energy efficiency, e.g. in terms of productivity, socioeconomic developments, well-being, environment and climate.<\/p>\n<p>The tool builds on E3ME, a macroeconometric model designed to address national and global economic and economy-environment policy challenges. REFEREE will be accessible to everyone: no specific software or modelling skills are required.
