{"id":101359,"date":"2020-03-13T13:28:44","date_gmt":"2020-03-13T12:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eeb.org\/?post_type=library&#038;p=101359"},"modified":"2020-03-13T15:08:54","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T14:08:54","slug":"eu-industrial-strategy-eeb-response","status":"publish","type":"library","link":"https:\/\/eeb.org\/fr\/library\/eu-industrial-strategy-eeb-response\/","title":{"rendered":"EU Industrial Strategy &#8211; EEB Response"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European Commission&#8217;s EU Industrial Strategy is supposed to ensure European industry is climate-neutral by 2050, yet it unfortunately fails to live up to promises made by Ursula von der Leyen, who called for \u201cbold steps\u201d and a Commission that would \u201cstrive for more\u201d in her address to the European Parliament in July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>In this response paper the European Environmental Bureau\u2019s shares an initial reaction following the Strategy&#8217;s publication on 10 March 2020.
