It normally meets at least four times a year. <span class=\"TextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\">The Board<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun AdvancedProofingIssueV2Themed SCXW222517771 BCX0\">is <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun AdvancedProofingIssueV2Themed SCXW222517771 BCX0\">in charge of<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW222517771 BCX0\"> preparing the meetings of the General Assembly, strategic planning and overseeing the operational aspects of the organisation. <\/span><\/span>All Board members are also automatically members of the EEB Council.
