EU air quality rules are being breached on a continental scale. Pollution limits set in the EU\u2019s Ambient Air Quality Directives are currently exceeded in 130 cities in 23 countries.<\/p>\n
So it’s essential that we let the\u00a0European Commission know that the Ambient Air Quality Directives are essential protections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Concerned citizens, civil society and other stakeholders are invited to respond to an online consultation<\/strong> as part of a so-called \u2018Fitness Check\u2019 of the Directives.<\/p>\n People breathing toxic air across Europe count on EU protections to help them fight pollution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n While the current laws are still being flouted, we still believe\u00a0they are delivering on their key objective: cutting air pollution in the EU.<\/p>\n We’re sorry to say that the questionnaire is not user-friendly.
