Make renewable energy an ally of biodiversity<\/p>\n<p>2. Include citizens in decision-making<\/p>\n<p>3. Prepare administrations to fast-track renewables<\/p>\n<p>4. Foster community energy and profit-sharing<\/p>\n<p>5.
