As Europe works to cut energy bills, strengthen energy security and boost competitiveness, National Building Renovation Plans (NBRPs) will be central to turning Europe’s building law (the EPBD) into real savings for people.
Together with nine partner organisations, the European Environmental Bureau has launched “The delivery challenge of NBRPs”, assessing plans in Belgium (Wallonia), Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Romania and Bulgaria.
