This session will present the findings of a report commissioned by the Rethink Plastic alliance and discuss the analysis and recommendations on the implementation of eco-modulation of fees in EPR systems in European countries. The aim of these modulations within EPR systems is to support waste prevention and foster a circular economy. The session will also discuss ways on how the report recommendations could be effectively communicated and implemented.
